Conditions (hereinafter known as the”User Terms”) apply to any usage of ratingspedia’s site (hereinafter known as the”Site”), including – but not restricted to – www.Trust4You.com.

Deemed to include all other operating rules, policies, and guidelines which are referred to herein or that we might otherwise publish on the Site (as such, rules, policies and guidelines may be amended from time to time), including without limitation:

Conflict between the terms contained herein and those of the User Guidelines, the User Guidelines will control and regulate.
By using the Site, You accept to be subject to the User Requirements, including the User Guidelines. If you don’t accept these User Terms, you’re not allowed to use the site and are kindly asked not to use the Website any farther. The registration for a user needs your express acceptance of these User Terms.
1.Registered User
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to access and use the site. So as to gain complete access and use of the site, you must create a profile and register for a user (hereinafter known as”Registered User”).
1.2 You are only allowed to register one Profile each person on the site. The profile is private and you must not move it to others.
1.3 so as to become a Registered User, You require a password. You select your own password that must be used together with your email address when logging on the site. Alternately, we send the password to you. The password is private and you must not move it in other ways make it accessible to others. It’s your responsibility to make sure that the password doesn’t fall into the hands of a third party. If you become aware that the password is or might have been compromised, you’re bound to inform us hereof. We can and will change the password when there is a risk that the password has been compromised or is employed in breach of the User Requirements.
1.4 During the enrollment process, you Must pick a username. The username will be displayed on the Website whenever you write or comment on reviews or create user-generated content (see 2.1 below) on the site. Therefore, you should consider if you would like to use a username from which you can be recognized by others. The username shouldn’t (I) be offensive or in different ways insulting, (ii) include the terms”Guest”,”Admin”,”.dk”,”. Com”, etc. or (iii) include characteristics which belong to a third party, such as names of famous persons, or individual names to which you don’t own the rights. You warrant that your username doesn’t infringe any rights (including any intellectual property rights) belonging to any third-party or pertaining to the User Requirements.
1.5 Adjustments to the username may only be made by us. If you would like to change your username, please contact us in support@Trust4You.com.
Notice and without bias, to delete, suspend or alter your profile at the event of your breach or suspected breach of these User Terms or applicable law. When deleting your profile, you may no longer need access to services on the site which require your enrollment and/or login as a Registered User. After deleting your profile, we reserve the right to delete the user-generated content (see 2.1) you’ve made on the site.
In cases like this, our disclaimer applies without constraints.
1.8 You’re not allowed to gain access or Try to gain access to the sections of the Website requiring user registration if you’re not a Registered User.

2.1 You hereby grant us the global, Non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to print, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of and commercially exploit any material, data, notifications, testimonials, articles or other kinds of communication (hereinafter known as the”User-Generated Content” or”UGC”) that you produce on the Website as a Registered User. We may freely use and move the UGC and disclose the UGC to third parties.
2.2 Registered Users are accountable for the UGC They publish on the site.
Posted on the site is correct and accurate (where they say facts) or genuinely held (where they say opinions).
2.4 UGC must relate to a business or Organization where the Registered User has bought or can otherwise document utilizing the organization’s or organization’s services or products.
2.5 You may not print UGC regarding Companies to which you have professional or personal relations.
2.6 Registered Users shouldn’t, and must not Allow any third party to, publish UGC on the site which: is of a marketing nature or has advertising purposes,is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, tortious, obscene, pornographic or profane, has sexist, political or racial character, violates other people’s rights, including any intellectual property rights, rights of privacy and/or rights of publicity,is offensive or in any way breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, violates these User Terms, including the User Guidelines, shows any private information about another person, including another individual’s name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information or any other information that may be used to monitor contact or impersonate that individual, includes a disloyal or unlawful purpose and/or articles (or promotes unlawful purposes), or is technically harmful (including without limitation computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software, dangerous data or behavior ).
2.7 Contributors of UGC warrant in each Context that the UGC is legal and in compliance with all the User Requirements. If Trust4You receives notice or becomes aware that UGC violates present laws and/or the User Requirements, we can delete the UGC with no notice, and we – reliant upon the character of the breach – may inform the broken party and/or the government of the violation. Our right to delete won’t be conditioned on an explanation, although we’ll strive to notify the Registered User regarding the deletion and the reason hereof.
Right to start and take any lawful actions which we deem necessary in the event of breach of the Registered User’s UGC.
The Registered User Must ensure to indemnify us for any claims which might be made against us as a result of the Registered User’s breach of the User Terms or current laws. The Registered User has to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim or loss because of third party claims against us resulting from the UGC of the Registered User.
About the UGC in the Registered User, including documentation supporting the data contained in the UGC, e.g. documentation evidencing the UGC is based on a genuine buying experience in a genuine customer connection to the company to which the UGC relates.
3.Rights
3.1 the Web Site and the services we provide Via the site, including all underlying technology and intellectual property rights embodied therein, are and remain our sole and exclusive property, and no permit or some other right is granted to any underlying technology. If you provide comments, ideas or suggestions concerning the site or the services provided on the Site (“Feedback”), we’re free to fully exploit such Feedback.
3.2 The content on the Site, including But not limited to the intellectual property rights, text, attributes, images, icons, photographs, calculations, references and applications is or will be our property or the property of a third party (besides the Registered User) and is protected by U.S. and applicable global laws, including without limitation applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Demonstration or other use of the site or part hereof is a breach of U.S. law and might thus lead to criminal or civil penalties.
3.4 To the fullest extent allowed by law, The rights to free use of the UGC are moved to us irrevocably, with no time limit and without territorial limitations, by submitting the UGC to us.
3.5 Downloading and other electronic copying of The content on the site or parts hereof are only allowed for private non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed with us in writing or permitted under applicable law.
Business characteristics on the site is or are our property or the land of a third party (besides the Registered User) and must only be used for company purposes upon prior approval from us or the third party proprietor, respectively.
4.Personal data

5.Disclaimers
5.2 We make no representations or guarantees With regard to any UGC printed on the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Trust4You may always research and edit (such as anonymizing) UGC, e.g. if these activities are (I) prompted by third party requests, (ii) required under applicable law or (iii) required for the UGC’s compliance with our User Guidelines.
Our non-liability applies, without limitation, to some UGC, such as UGC that has been edited by us (see 5.2). We’re not liable for any hyperlinks to third party sites in the UGC, such as for the content of the page to which the UGC links.
Of specific businesses, providers, e-businesses, etc. on the Website are supplied by Registered Users and aren’t endorsements made by us. We disclaim all liability for the content of the Site. The usage of our services is in any respect the sole responsibility of the Registered Users. We can’t be held responsible for the availability of the site.

7.1 Discretion, revise or alter these User Terms. We’ll make an attempt to give reasonable advance notice of any changes. We may at any time, in our discretion and without notice, close, change or reorganize the site. As a Registered User you accept to be covered by the constantly present User provisions. Any revision or change of the User Terms will be mentioned on the site. We’ll furthermore strive to notify the Registered Users concerning the change of the User Requirements. The Registered Users agree that the continued use of this Site after any posted altered version of the User Requirements is an endorsement of the User provisions.
7.2 Should any of these User Requirements be Considered unlawful or with no impact and therefore not to be enforced, this won’t have any influence on the applicability and enforcement of the remaining portion of the User Requirements.
8.Term and termination
8.1 We may terminate your right to get And use the services provided on the Site at any time for any reason without liability. If we do this, or if you elect to delete your profile, any rights granted to you herein will immediately cease. Sections 2-10 will survive any termination of the User Requirements.

9.1 The User Requirements and the relationship Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts situated in New York, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
10.Copyright dispute policy
10.1 It’s Trust4You’s coverage to (I) block Access to remove material that it considers in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content suppliers or members or members; and (ii) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders. Trust4You has adopted a policy toward copyright infringement based on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or DMCA.
11.Miscellaneous
User Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Trust4You regarding your use of the Website and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements or other communications.
11.2 Nothing in these User Terms Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof won’t affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor will our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. You may not assign any rights granted to you hereunder, and any such efforts are void.
