The website was very easy to use. The instructions were all clear and concise. Every question I had was answered and listed. It was an added bonus to have a prepaid label.

It was extremely helpful to have information on how to return. It was easy to use the return shipping label. Recognizing receipt was helpful and informing us that all data would be deleted was also reassuring.

It was very simple for me to get rid my old cell phones. They all went to the military. I`m a military mother! We appreciate all the great work you do for our military.

It was easy to get rid of our old cell phones. You also stated that the information on them had been TAKEN OFF, and that they would be reused or destroyed.

    We are grateful

It was very simple. You were left wondering what to do with all those old phones. Google brought up an easy web site that provided instructions. It was also free! I went to the post office to send it. It was mailed to me a few weeks later. It is great that someone can use these phones. For me, it was battery problems.

It was simple, quick, and very easy. Printing a mail slip online, then finding a small container for each of my 8 cell phones, and dropping them off at the post office. This process is so important, I wish more people were aware of it. I suspect that many old phones are just thrown out with the trash. This service is definitely worth my time again.

I have had an old box of cell phones for several years and didn`t know what to do. Your company was the first to pop up when I searched for “where to donate cell phone”. Your instructions on how to clean the phones and what charity to send were so helpful. It was easy to understand and everything was very clear. I also appreciated the prepaid label that you provided. Excellent company! 5 STARS

It was a relief to find someone who could clean out my phones. I had quite a few phones that didn`t hold a charge. I hope that the phones can be recycled so that I don`t get penalized for recycling them or disposing of them responsibly.

It was very easy to complete the process. Everything was clearly explained. It was not easy to find out how to delete data from two of my phones. I had to google it. The process was simple and straightforward. It feels good to know that I am supporting our troops, and that my phones won`t be thrown away.

I owned two smart phones, an iPod and three flip-phones. I have no idea if they were all mine. I believe they are of great value to everyone. Big Sky Recycling was recommended to me and I selected processing for my armed forces. Big Sky sent me the shipping label via email. I followed the instructions to reset all other flip-phones that were locked and sent them off. It was super easy! They are very easy to use and I hope they will be useful for some members of the armed forces. This is better than phones in a dump.
