The tea helps to keep the bloating at bay. The cleanse tea is great for getting rid of the bloating that I get from eating too many sweets. You can choose from a variety of flavors and the shakes have a pleasant aftertaste. All my vitamins and proteins are in one shake.

I tried almond milk to get a better taste. I gained weight, and stopped taking the almond milk. Customer service won`t refund me. I will continue to use the GNC and apple cider chews from there.

It`s been nearly a month since I initially purchased and paid for expedited delivery.
