In general love the Frontpoint platform as a whole. I have had the machine for a few years now and just have a few negative remarks. The door bell doesn`t always join when I appear at camera. It`s only 10ft in the wireless online router. The next thing is that we need there was an additional alarm siren that people can mount upstairs. After we`re in our bedroom that the house base siren isn`t loudly enough to wake us up along with this being on the floor. Overall we`re delighted with the system however.

We have experienced our Frontpoint platform for almost two decades now, and we all feel secure leaving our house for long weekends or holidays with it, particularly if our puppy is using a sitter!
We frequently use this to test the puppy at the day with all the fantastic inner camera.
Our lawn sign certainly appears to ward off pests as we have not had a problem since this was set up.
The simple to set up and unintrusive installation has already been fantastic, our previous home with preceding alarm clock wiring in the walls will not lead to any difficulties with the wireless detectors on windows and doors could not be discreet!

The program is very user friendly and I really like it! When I have some questions about equipment alarms or setup I will always call and get help straight away. Setup is very simple. When I got my entrance points system 2 1/2 decades back. Customer service was wonderful. Nowadays customer support is quite bad they don`t return calls they are unavailable in all in all of the system today gets lotta bugs and has been debatable and anytime I get the business about getting things repaired I sit for a very long time period and they never get repaired. My strong recommendation goes with a method such as ADT where you could have a real human being come outside and operate on the machine if it isn`t functioning

In the 3 years I had been with themthe gear never functioned properly, customer support wasn`t helpful, plus they took cash from my accounts they weren`t owed (they`ve double-billed and triple-billed my accounts ).
