    It has been difficult for me to accept an offer on our home. Sharon helped me for the second time and did an amazing job. I spoke with many other Houzeo representatives but was not provided any information. Sharon was very knowledgeable and understood how to resolve all issues. She is the most helpful representative of Houzeo. She is an asset to the Houzeo team.

    Houzeo incorrectly sized our initial listing. The situation was resolved over a period of many days. Our property was incorrectly labeled as a lot in the MSL. It wasn`t a house. This severely restricted our visibility. To get our listing reset, we decided to remove it and asked Houzeo for a suspension of our service. We would then be able to repost it once things were right. We were offered a $50 discount for our next listening. They were not happy.

    Houzeo reimbursed my fee after I asked. I was given an incorrect MlS agent with very few reviews. I contacted them to correct it. Then I was assigned an agent with four reviews in CorrectMLS

    AND THEY KEEP $50 FROM MY PAYMENT, AS PER A CANCELATION AGREEEMENT, YOU DON`T SEE THE PACKAGE UNTIL YOU PURCHASE IT! !

    Excellent customer service.

    So far, the listing process has been excellent. Staff is responsive. Sharon was great. Sharon is professional and has excellent phone manners. She was patient and knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. I am glad to have this team working on my FSBO property.

    Houzeo has been very helpful in all of my online chats. My most recent chat with Joseph was especially helpful. The agent who assigned me to my property was slow to respond so I had to use the online chat for confirmation that the tasks would be completed. Everything else was great about the Houzeo experience.
