This dog cot is sturdy and well made! It was simple to assemble and fit perfectly into the bottom of the cage. Zara was able to adapt quickly to the cot/bed and it is much more comfortable for her. Although she does suffer from separation anxiety, Zara has not tried to harm the aluminum frame or vinyl material.

Excellent product, and well-spent money!

Although customer service is excellent, the mesh portion of the bed does not have buoyancy and tends to sag. It is not comfortable. A picture of a bright kelly-green photo from Kuranda`s websight inspired me to choose green. It was actually a duller shade of green.

The person who processed my order called me to inform me that I would be getting some money back. I had ordered two beds for a shelter, but I paid the consumer price. He was very friendly and processed my order without any problems. Kuranda products will be a constant reminder for us and our dogs.

It was easy to order, shipped quickly, and was very easy to assemble. This is our second kuranda mattress. The only problem we have is that the material seems to not be as tightly stretched as the one we have. We are hoping it doesn`t sag as our previous one, from years ago, is still in excellent condition and the material is still tight. We hope this new bed will last as long as the old one!

Excellent service! My new dog bed arrived quickly in a nicely packaged box. It was easy to make the bed using the instructions provided. Although I wish I had known that I needed some tools (Phillips head screwdriver, wrench), it was not a major problem. Although my dog has many dog beds, she still loves to lay on her Nylon Kuranda bed.

This week we received the All Aluminum Dog Bed with heavy-duty vinyl. We also ordered a canvas pad for the bed. The shipment was quick. It was easy to set up. The quality is excellent. We give 5 stars for these reasons.
Our Great Dane is 185 lbs. We chose the largest bed. Although he does fit in the bed, there isn`t much room left. When we`re outside, we hope he can use it comfortably. We will see.

My experience with Fedex has not shown me why Kuranda would choose to push Fedex or place Fedex at the top of the list. Fedex has been a disappointment in my experience. At least 80% of their use has been my experience. Even though UPS Kundra is more expensive, UPS Kundra does not charge me more. However, UPS Kundra has other businesses I order from that do not charge extra for UPS. Guess they absorb this cost for their customers and good business practices!

Two Labradors in my house seem to love to destroy any bed given to them. The Kuranda bed is the only one that they haven`t been able to destroy. Both of them love to lay on them, sometimes even on the same bed. These beds are so beautiful! I wish I bought them years ago. They are loved by dogs and they love me! !

We are so grateful that our puppy was able to chew two sheets, blankets and beds. So far, so good! This bed is not chewed by her. We ordered a bed that was well above her weight and are excited to use this bed for many years. It`s very comfortable for her. Kuranda beds are a great choice for large dogs who have a tendency to chew fabric bed.

Double bed – STURDY Additional pieces were included so that you can use it as two separates. It was a nice surprise. All my dogs like the lower bunk, and two of them like the upper “squirrel observation deck”.
Although the price was lower, my dogs chewed on exposed edges of fabric at corners. This bed is durable!

Before I purchased one, I called to inquire about other options. The lady that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient and friendly and didn`t hurry me. The bed is excellent quality. I love that it was made in America! Because I will be using it outside, I ordered it larger for my 30 lb dog. Her trainer is helping me get her to stay there. Because it`s large for her, she can move about while still remaining at “her place”.

The hurricane has forced us to evacuate. We were forced to evacuate because we couldn`t get the dog`s crate into our car so we left it behind. We gave him his Kuranda bed but he still needs his crate.
We didn`t know the size of his bed so we had to buy the correct crate. I called Kuranda customer service to ask if they could check our order from last year.
Savona was fantastic to talk with! After understanding our situation, she placed our order and sent us the dimensions and side to make our bed fit. She was extremely helpful! It was so appreciated.
Our dog is happy to be back at his temporary home.

Excellent product! We bought two beds for our dog. Our Rhodesian 115lb Rhodesian loves both beds. These beds were delivered quickly, are easy to assemble and extremely durable. Both were purchased with padding toppers. They are very easy to disassemble and wash. This product is highly recommended.
