This firm doesn`t stand by its own goods since they claim. I had been shipped rotten bulbs so that I contacted customer support with 7 images to get a replacement. Customer support always ignored me for months before I threatened that a chargeback then client support refused to assist putting regarding the”quality” in the rotten item. I needed to start a chargeback that needless to say they whined on (head you lying about a chargeback is offender but these men do not appear to care.)

Avoid this company in any way costs. In my experience and study, they`re 100 percent a scam.

I purchased hyacinth bulbs, and if they opened themone was really moldy. Not prone to allergies, so I still had an intense burning sensation in my neck that took approximately 20 minutes to get under command
Concerned it`d last, I pulled away the bulbs. When I contacted customer support, I had been advised that this has occurred to other clients, and they can not control clients` allergic reactions. So no apology without a refund.

Purchased a wax amaryllis… incorrect colour delivered and the leaves were brown… can`t provide as a present… known as customer service several times… no reply… I won`t ever purchase from this business again… BEWARE… TAKE UR MONEY AND UR OUT OF LUCK TRYING TO REACH THEM…. TERRIBLE COMPANY…

I purchased pre-chilled bulbs so that I really could have hyaciths for Christmas. I purchased them nearly a month ago and don`t have them. There`s not any one answering the telephone and also their”Live Chat” alternative is really a fraud (it does not even start ). Nobody has called me even though I`ve left many messages . -Don`t order here should you need your bulbs.

I place a order in early Octoberthey said in stock and ready to ship. The initial sequence was maintained and they never informed me. The next time that I put in precisely the exact same order the broker forgot to finish the sale and that I never got that purchase. I`ve place the arrangement in another time today and expect to receive it soon, who knows. I made a decision to report that the inadequate expertise with their Client Service Department. Two calls and no callback. Not impressed and will not use them or recommend them .
