I had a set gasket for the Bezzera espresso maker and couldn`t locate it locally. Other sites was difficult to spot the area on the internet catalogue, didn`t have it or wouldn`t ship to Puerto Rico. 1st-Line Gear had an easy to navigate site and speedy support. Can recommend.

I purchased that the Lelit Mara X to a Wednesday night and the device has been sent to Friday of that Exact Same week. I was rather impressed with the packing on this machine. Though the machine has been packed unlike some other package I`ve obtained (in a fantastic way), among those nuts around your boiler came loose during transport. Therefore, once the machine has been switched , steam was coming from the surface. I managed to have on the telephone with Jim and then he walked me through the way to solve the matter!

The La pavoni came in great shape and in time. Purchased a few Illy beans in the neighborhood supermarket to help dial at the grind and dose. It took nearly the entire action to accomplish that. Then went into a local roaster and dialed at a grind. Adjusted the dose and getting a nice espresso following a 20 minute warm-up. Nevertheless having some channelling problems but the last item is drinkable. No more”god shot” as of yet however pleasant. Seems like the system is going to be enjoyable and I will get there .

Their professionalism, commitment to client expertise & pride, and client support are completely top grade. The V3 was anticipated to arrive in September so that I was put in a waiting list to the device and 1st Line could notify me after the machines came and were prepared for dispatch.
