My previous KEEN Men`s NewportH2 closed-toe water sandals were worn out and I needed to replace them. I absolutely love the product! Alabama Outdoors offered them at a great price, about half the cost of other brands. I ordered two pairs and received them quickly. USPS sent my package without my fleece back incorrectly. Alabama Outdoors was very helpful and professional when I called. They quickly notified me that they had received the package and sent it again in a Priority Mail box. Excellent service. Although the product was great, it was the way they handled the problem that was most impressive.

I placed my order on the weekend and was notified that they had packed my order for shipment to the post office on Monday. It was incredible how fast they shipped my order and all the notifications that I received along the way. I will be shipping again from this location!

The item arrived quickly and was described as brand new. However, the service rep misunderstood it. When I asked whether this item would be regular or medium, the service rep incorrectly said Regular. This was a Medium/narrrow.

Alabama Outdoors was a brand new company to me. I found them when I was searching the internet for On Cloud shoes. I emailed them to confirm they were legit LOL. They emailed me back the next day on Saturday! They sent my shoes the next day, and they arrived on Tuesday. I love them! They are definitely worth it! 🙂

Ruffwear was a great deal for my dog. I was also very happy to find it in his size. We have had problems with harnesses for Ozzy- because most of the small dog gear is not strong enough.

My daughter has JIA, and her ankles are affected. Although she was told to wear sneakers, her sensory issues dictate that they must be wide-toed sneakers. Altra has been a great choice.
