Even though my original card was valid for two years, I was sent a brand new card. It was impossible to get it set up. To validate the card, I needed to call my branch office. It took me 4 hours of trying to get it set up.

I opened an account with Bank 5. I was impressed by the professionalism of the manager who explained everything about the rates and the yield. Since years, I have been a Bank 5 client.

It was a great experience. They took the time to explain everything, change my password, and set up Bank 5 on my phone. They even brought me water when I asked. The staff at this branch are kind, polite and helpful.

Customer service was able to delay my automatic mortgage payments by one day. I called customer service 4 days before the due date and they were able delay it by 1 Day. I am completely satisfied with this experience. BankFive, thank you!
