The merchant doesn`t offer the same return policy as other competitors. They took a few swings, but they refused to take the bat back. You should not buy a bat if you aren`t sure.

It was communicated clearly in the email, and the tracking information on UPS` website. It was a very pleasant experience. Two days before a major tournament, my son`s bat bat broke. I ordered a bat for my son at 2:40 in the afternoon, and it was there by noon the next day. Although I had to pay an extra fee for next-day air shipping, the cost was much less than I expected. Their excellent turnaround service deserves more stars than I can give them.

BatsPlus was my first order and I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I placed an order and received notification 12 hours later that the bat was being shipped. I ordered a bat on Friday night and it arrived Monday morning.

Although Bat was great, the 2 day air shipping cost took 5 days to arrive.
Although I didn`t mention that the shipping was your fault it was delivered on 5th day. Your reply seemed to be more concerned than mine.

The bat I was looking for was available at a very affordable price. My bat arrived within three business days. My monsta bat didn`t include the grip. I reached out to Mr. Toy, who sent me the grip a few days later. Excellent customer service. Bats Plus is a company I will continue to use. They even recommended me to a friend.

I originally ordered 27 oz. for my girlfriend. It was sent next-day air. But, I received the 26oz. I have not received a response to my email from sales. I sent another email today to see what happens. She will test it until I reply, as she believes she has 30 days.

Bats Plus provides excellent customer service! As I was choosing a bat for my son, they were very knowledgeable and quickly responded to my questions. They also helped me correct my mistake by calling when I realized that I had ordered the wrong size bat. The bat arrived on Wednesday, the day after I ordered it. They are great and I will definitely use them again when my son needs another bat.
