The flamingo itself is nicely made and quite adorable. I bought a star since the cover onto the headband itself isn`t fixed in position and slides across the ring.

I purchased two”Life Sized” Stormtrooper cut outs because of the kid`s Star Wars themed birthday celebration. The orginal dispatch was quite fast, however, when it came, it had been two Kylo Ren workouts. I emailed the company to ask the right things be shipped. They responded within two days and said they`d send the right things shortly. The next shipment didn`t arrive as fast as the original, but was nevertheless within fourteen days. The set has been sent in a box which was far too large with no cushioning, so that which got chucked about in transit. Very frustrated! I contacted them once I put an order to affirm concerning the delivery address and they informed me it is going to be send to the speech which I inputted. I`m really excited! But in the future after a couple of weeks, then I got an email from fedex stating they will be sending my bundle to the sender. I was perplexed! I contacted the BirthdayExpress client support and they explained that the bundle will be ship back to them because they do not send to Email box. That explains the reason why I contacted them prior to about the delivery address!!! And they explained that I`ll receive my refund once they get the package back! Why they can not just repay me so I could use that cash to purchase something because of my sons birthday that`s in 7days from today!!! I am very disappointed. Customer support stinks!!!! Will never purchase from them . .
