I was skeptical about ordering a custom rug. I thought it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. It arrived in less than two weeks, between Thanksgiving and Christmas! It was so easy to find the right carpet for me, in the right color. Customer Service was extremely helpful and explained everything to us. Delivery was excellent too!

Lowe`s told us that the carpet was no longer available. Christy helped us to place our order after we discovered that Carpet Express had it. It was easy, and she was great to work with! It arrived earlier than we expected, and it was perfect! Christy, you are a great person! !

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They were able to cut my order and have it shipped the next day, even though I called them later in the evening. The flooring arrived quickly and I was thrilled with it.

Peggy Porter and Carpet Express were my first choice when I was building houses in the 2000`s. They were the first company I called when I needed to purchase vinyl flooring and carpet again. My salesperson ordered the wrong color carpet. I contacted the claims coordinator. She refused to replace my carpet with the correct one or refund it. I was given a partial refund, but it was not satisfactory. It wasn`t my fault they sent the wrong colour to my installer guy. This company is not responsible for the carpet you ordered.

Debra is an amazing person! Debra is amazing! I had difficulty finding flooring in big box stores or anywhere else. Debra was professional, patient, and gracious. She was able get the exact flooring I needed and helped me navigate difficult logistics because of my location. After trying for flooring for many weeks, I finally found it here. It was easy to ship it to me.

We had previously arranged with another large company to have our home carpeted by Christmas, but were disappointed twice. So we started looking for another company.

Tracy was great to work with, and I returned for another great experience. This was a smaller purchase, and one of the two boxes I ordered was damaged. Linda was very helpful and responsive during the claims process. We are now waiting for the replacement box. I have made this my preferred online flooring supplier, and I have recommended it to others.
