The wrong pump was sent to me. 115v vs. 230v. They FedEX sent me the correct pump and I received it the next day. It was easy to contact them and have someone correct the problem immediately. The true test of a company`s ability to handle problems when they occur is how they respond. I would order again.

I had ordered cleaning supplies and didn`t receive any shipment notification. It wasn`t an expedited shipment. I sent an email inquiry to the supplier and received a response almost immediately. The supplier apparently sent the shipment to the shop instead of me. Crook & Crook Fedex shipped it to me the following day. They exceeded all my expectations. Their customer service is amazing!

Crook & Crook sold the Armstrong swing ladder and bracket for a lot less than other sellers. Although I was concerned it might be a scam, I decided to give it a shot. They were very helpful and I am glad that I ordered it. The ladder arrived in a matter of days and is exactly the same as what I could buy at other websites for $150 less. They are legitimate, don`t let the name fool you.

There was an issue with my Kristal reel. The description of the reel listed the manual override. One could even reel in a large one by hand, if necessary. The 621 XL was the real send, but it did not have manual override. Your staff were very understanding and tried to find a solution. Danny, your employee, tried to resolve the situation. We decided to keep the reel as it came, because we`ll be dropping fishing with it. They said that it was ideal for this application.

I needed to resolve a possible online shipping fee so I called the store to speak to your online manager. He was extremely helpful and helped me solve the shipping issue. Also, he made sure that the product I was looking for was in stock. The shipment arrived in Keys the next day. Great job!
