Brian is the man! I was very grateful to him for putting my pvc patches onto a few of the hats that I had purchased. Brian and his team were able to give me feedback and pointers on making hats, as I was new to the business. Amazing team! Custom Patch Hats are a great option.

Everything was amazing! Excellent product! The only problem is the slow processing. It took close to two months. It was my first order, so it may have been industry norm. I will order again.

I tried to find a local place to make a patch for my hat, but they either couldn`t do it or charged a very high price. Or they never got back to you. Custom Patch Hats, LLC was the answer. I received an email immediately asking for more information. Within minutes, I had received some proofs and quotes. I received excellent customer service and hats that looked professional.

Two orders were placed for two different styles of hats. Both were rejected. Custom Patch Hats offered only a 10% discount on a reorder or a return of the hats. This was not possible as it took us a long time to receive our hats. We will continue to do business with other hat shops.

My custom patch hats turned out amazing. The beanies were even more beautiful than I expected. Although the turnaround time was slightly longer than I expected, I am hopeful that if I place another order in the future the turn around time won`t be so long. There are no other complaints. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely order again.
