My subscription was cancelled because I couldn`t pay for the month. I was not locked out and I was given the opportunity to rejoin with all the same benefits as before. I also had the option to choose a faster payment date!

Based on the excellent customer service, I gave this company five stars. Due to financial difficulties, I had to cancel my subscription that I had been using for many years. Digital Scrapbook Pixel Scrapper helped me to stop my subscription so that I could begin again. This worked perfectly and relieved me of all the stress. I was allowed plenty of time to get my feet under control and activate the subscription again at the same patron level I had. I was extremely grateful.

I signed up recently for unlimited access to DigitalScrapbook`s extensive library of creative ideas, kits, graphics, and bundles. I was like a child in a candy store, and I haven`t been disappointed. The tip included in this week`s email explained how I can download any kit or graphic, use it, and then delete it. DigitalScrapbook will keep it available if I need it again. There`s no need for me to store any files on my hard drive. I am very happy I signed up!

Their Commercial License is a great option and I would highly recommend it to anyone using their designs for commercial purposes, especially boxes, greeting cards, etc. You won`t be disappointed, and it is well worth the investment!

My concern was quickly addressed and I was offered other options. Since a few years, I`ve been a member. I`m really enjoying the benefits of a membership/subscription.

I couldn`t renew my A/C due to illness and hospitalization. I had lost years and my statues, so A/C was canceled. I emailed to request that it be restored. Within a matter of days, they were back up and running with full statues. I love all the kits and can download any or all of them. Amazing community of people who are very helpful

Digital Scrabook.com is a great site. Everybody is very easy to work with and the customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my subscription. I didn`t have a credit card.
