Truly 4.5 stars. I purchased a Yamaha ef2000isv2 generator. They shipped me a useful one with lost components. I whined; they paid to send it back in my house (UPS pickup) and delivered a brand new one. The generator doesn`t arrive with acrylic, I requested to get a spoonful of oil, and they stated they`d send two quarts of petroleum. They shipped 12 quarts of all yamalube petroleum (an entire instance ). I asked them for an Merchandise Return Authorization, and they paid to get 10 quarts of petroleum sent straight back to them.

I purchased a railroad system to put in on my 2014 Silverado 5th wheel hitch. Dyers explained exactly what they have it in stock and it`ll work in my 5-1/2 feet box. I paid them ? 300.00 and waited, waited, waited, and eventually called themthey really do know how to plead. Eventually I was told that they have nothing at all there warehouse. The mfg. sent it to me personally after two weeks of waiting. Took it to contractors ( 4) not one of these will touch it, incorrect setup for the truck. Telephone dyers, purchased another kit, convinced, send the very first kit,? 37.00 transport for me. I asked to get an email about this all, convinced she explained. Never revealed.
