The glasses came safe and sound. They have been well fastened from the delivery box. First box, case, fabric and paper work there. The eyeglasses were rather clean. Everything appears to be in excellent order. Excited about giving them as a present. Thanks

Speedy delivery!!!! Costs were excellent! Glasses appear great. I didn`t take them out because they are a present for my child for vacation but will upgrade once he tries these . This was soooo simple. Additionally I had a query, and that I called, and a person was there and then answered my query. I loved this I had somebody to speak to. Even though the web site claims 30 day money-back gaurateen, there isn`t any info on the site concerning how they are going to process the yield.
The hotline number is to get window-dressing only. Though the web site says their hotline is still avabliable out of Mo-Fr 4am-12am, it`s far from being that which it has been represented. As soon as I made the telephone, the automobile response said their small business hour is 3-4`m Mo-Friday. How can anybody get up and make a telephone call in this early hour? I sent a email and there wasn`t any answer. Totally frustrated purchasing experience.

Speedy shipping. I had one problem in which my cart overall was 60 less costly than the amount that I was billed at checkout. I have attempted to call each and every number I may find in the united states, Germany and the UK but nobody answers any one among these lines to answer my own queries in regard to what happens today??!!
I`m extremely concerned that this really is some kind of scam and`m no more interested in doing business with your business. You`ve the broken merchandise back into your ownership and want a refund back to my own PayPal account.
