I`ve been attempting to speak to these folks for months seeing a refund. I phoned them and left messages. I had an event scheduled for April and that I wanted a refund due to Covid. The girl I talked to Nicole Billings assured and guaranteed me who have been the cruise to not occur, I`d get my entire refund no questions asked. Now I am being told that they can not take action. These individuals are the largest scammers and Iiars I have ever taken care of. I`ll be through the business like I found they hosted an event in and fretting about quitting their surgeries. They`re tainted, rude, and disrespectful. All I needed was a wonderful birthday surprise for my mom and they destroyed the entire circumstance. I hope nobody else deals with those individuals. It`ll be my obligation to allow the world know in their corruption before the thing is adjusted!!

Final amounts were predicted in 3 times ahead of the event, wasn`t advised of a equilibrium before it was time to sail and had been advised that we wouldn`t sail before the balance has been paid. I might have been advised by text a few hours prior to the occasion.
Had a terrific time, guests enjoyed the experience.

Sal and his team provided an superb adventure for the birthday celebration aboard the Cosmo. They were fantastic, addressed all of my questions on the telephone and through email. The ship supervisor Sal was our purpose of touch the afternoon of this event and took care of us!
