Terrible customer support. Received incorrect product in jar I purchased. It wasn`t exactly the 2000mg dose CBD complete spectrum I purchased, however some caramel flavored poor CBD petroleum that I`m not able to take on account of this caramel, and isn`t even valuable to my husband because of his allergy problems. I got this jar to stock up until I ran outside so I didnt try it out before a few weeks after getting it, and as a consequence of this they refused to get anything! The jar had been labeled as something, and stuffed with a different! Quality control is awful with this business, whenever I have purchased the droppers around the jar are different, a few with child guards, some without, some with dimensions, some without, some actually flow out the oil since it does not appear to be the ideal size for your jar. I didn`t care until they awakened the merchandise I`ve paid and gave me a much far more affordable and poorer product I can not actually take! They did nothing to fix the problem since I didnt taste it shortly after getting it. I carried up early on account of the purchase (duh) and obviously didn`t expect to get an problem with the perfect jar but incorrect oil. Thats like having a prescription premature and it using it include the incorrect medicine inside. Totally awakened and infuriating, since this material is not cheap and that I rely upon it to get pain control and stress. Now I`m officially out and need to go find a different location to buy from. That can be such a dreadful moment to be ripping off people, we are all struggling emotionally, emotionally, and financially. Shame on you

My primary problem is with the corporation. Site was supplying a BOGO advertising. I got my purchase, however it was lacking the”Buy One” component (just received 1 thing ). Contacted the business 3 individual times through web site, email, and chat. I`ve received no reply back.
