I`ve not purchased contacts online earlier and that I had such a fantastic experience I`ll continue to purchase from them later on. All I needed to do was to submit my prescription to them through email (I took a photo ), I didn`t need the advised contacts recorded on the prescription along with the customer support representative (Levi) instantly emailed me to affirm that the brand which I needed (I enjoy Acuvue Oasys). Subsequently Levi emailed me each step along the delivery procedure simply to followup till I purchased them a week after (that was substantially quicker than the typical 2-3 week time period from eye physicians or Costco). Terrible customer support. Purchased a set of eyeglasses which were advertised as in stock in 3-5 days. After waiting a week, then they even send an email stating the frames will not be available for one more month. I`ve been calling these men for days to offset without a response to email or phone. Would really like to offer zero stars if I could. Worst service – that they use DHL that`s a nightmare. Ordered contacts around 11-21 and don`t have them. Terrible support! I purchased two boxes of connections for about $72 and discovered a much better price for the exact same two boxes for $51 after I put the order (same day!) . Terrible experience!! I purchased a set of studying lass out of EZConacts. It`s around $300, and I`ve waited two weeks . As soon as I obtained the eyeglassthe bridge is totally distorted.
