I purchased and paid for a set of eyeglasses over the 12/10/2020, I assessed that the track & follow site and it said the glasses were delivered to the 29/10/2020. There were no glasses sent to me personally…I moved into my post office that advised me that the tag on the package didn`t say a title so that it could not be signed . Firmoo advised me they`d ship a replacement set of glasses but that I would need to pay the sticks, I denied this like the package was properly tagged with my name that I might really have received the eyeglasses. I began the procedure for disputing the payment together with my card company and then Fuoo were pleased to ship me the replacement eyeglasses with no additional expenses. I obtained the replacement eyeglasses only to discover they weren`t even the eyeglasses I`d ordered along with the lens was wrong and that I couldn`t find something. I delivered several e-mails into firmoo notifying them of this mistake but no reply was obtained. Then I got a call from them asking me to send images of the eyeglasses I`d received along with also a copy of my attention . Another week went so I sent an additional e-Mail inquiring what had been happening with respect to their own mistake, I got another telephone call from Firmoo who told me that the I`d stuffed from the prescription on their site incorrectly!! So today 10 months later spending my #42.00 to get a set of prescription eyeglasses, I`m #42.00 right down and have no prescription eyeglasses.
I WOULD AVOID FIRMOO LIKE THE PLAGUE

I recently had a problem where ups stated the package I`d purchased from firmoo had been sent, as it was not. I emailed firmoo and they instantly helped me in the perfect direction. They were patient and instantly assured me I would not have any reduction in this interaction. I just got my package two weeks afterwards, it has to have been a glitch in the computer system. The entire experience was wonderful, they have been super responsive, and willing to assist!

I put a order with expedited delivery on November seven and never got my purchase. I have spoken with 6 or 5 distinct Customer Service brokers that supplied conflicting information. I didn`t get my tracking number, and so I called and my tracking number was shipped immediately afterwards. Tracking showed that the bundle was in pre-shipment significance a tag was made and my purchase was NY waiting to be picked up. I had been told USPS did not scan the bundle but it had been in its way and could be sent on time (11/20). That date came and went. Following a week no package, and so I called profit and was told that the package isn`t coming from NY however CA and that I shall receive it shortly. Another Rep said they`ll be set the sequence lost, my cash will be reimbursed but I`ll still get my purchase. I talked with two other representatives that promised me that the bundle was coming but clearly by NY. I live quite near NY so per month delay appeared odd. Each time that I talked with a broker I obtained an upgraded monitoring email still revealing the bundle at pre-shipment. I contacted USPS and they said they never got the bundle from Firmoo. The final Rep I talked to advised me that the glasses aren`t coming and that I will re-order them. . .re-order eyeglasses which were never shipped! Worst experience ever! I`d suggest moving elsewhere to buy frames.
