It was a bad start that turned out to be a great one! Website set up toll-free number. Need to speak to someone? This was not a good place to start. The rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem. In less than 10 minutes, I was up and running. This is customer service at its best. They not only answered my call, but they were also professional and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommended and marvellous!

They had an 800 number that I used for many years. It can be found in thousands of books. They didn`t inform me when my card was not running as it should. They gave the number away after 90 days. It now belongs to someone else.
I look stupid to my clients and am screwed. If they are part of your long-term company identity, legitimate companies will notify you if there is a billing issue.

Brenda was extremely helpful. Brenda was very helpful. I have a hard name to pronounce. She took the time to correct it and addressed me by my name frequently. She kept me updated on what was happening with my account while I waited. I wanted a refund and to make my account dormant as it was supposed to have been 2 months ago. Brenda rectified the error and called the number to confirm it. She needed documentation, so she thanked me and waited while I waited to see if it was done. Brenda, thank you! It was an honor to work with you!
