Thing is okay.
The issue is a dispatch delivery, particularly seller mindset for this.
Nobody has answered my mails about delivery problem, which have occurred due to wrongly asked of ups support.

To repair this problem in future please be certain that you don’t need signature without supplying text telling about ups coming period range. Otherwise it’s cost to nerves, money and time to be given a dispatch.

In my situation
Thing was just 75$ value
However, I needed to devote complete 4 hours studying dispatch.
20$ commission to pick up on weekends. On work days folks usually operate and do not push to installments storages.
Plus 50$ Uber price drive to additional city and rear.

So complete experience wasn’t worthwhile.
You have to enhance your purchase form to permit user to select ups text alarms should you take a client signature.

Never received item. Emailed concerning the sequence (two weeks after ) and had been told item will be sent direct from producer and sequence could be reimbursed. After 4 months, contacted assistance to officially ask arrangement cancellation and refund. Purchase was refunded then email (therefore issue is solved ), but I’d have chosen to not need to follow upon the activities which were guaranteed; believed which would’ve occurred”mechanically”.

The IEMs were sent and arrived immediately. There was a sort of little problem like I was billed twice and instantly blamed for a single fee. My bank called me personally to learn what was happening.

Once I purchased, I instantly got a notice that the order had sent from headphones.com along with UPS so I stayed home all day to register for them. They had been actually sent the following day.

All these are small matters and their support previously has been outstanding. I will not be afraid to purchase from headphones.com back again.

Reluctantly, I must state that headphones.com is quite lacking in regards to communication with customers and followup. They haven’t reacted to a lot of mails and asks in conversation sessions. As soon as I made a decision to cancel an order prior to dispatch, they didn’t respond. I eventually had to receive my credit card company to dispute the trade to prevent it. Even then they didn’t respond. Despite this order sent and they stated they’d redirect it to their own warehouse. When they did not follow , I intervened, paying FedEx $18 to redirect the shipment to headset’s workplace. They’ve a fantastic site, offer excellent products however, despite claiming to welcome remarks, they do not respond.

Defective Goods and lack of reaction when recurrence is asked

I got a faulty product which I immediately informed them around. I contemplated getting a replacement however asked that a return the following moment. This pricey set of cans was obtained faulty and they will not respond to my orders to come back (over email or via their site ). Taron in Headphones.com confessed that I got a faulty product and this wasn’t fine. I finally have a costly pair of faulty headphones for that I have yet to be able to acquire a return and refund setup. I only wish to reunite them and get my cash.

Three stars since the first shipment of Focal cans was DOA. Left driver entirely lifeless. Somewhat slow to reply about the recurrence and dispatch of a replacement. Hopefully things will accelerate in reaction and receiving a fantastic set of headphones for me. Will update review after this has solved.

I would like to provide my take on Headphones.com. The package I purchased (the Elear package in the event and Utopia pads) was packaged very well my purchase took a couple added days for me and if it revealed everything was in excellent condition. They also carried well through mails when my package did not appear in time. Their cost was undoubtedly the finest from a licensed seller if it had been only the headphones but together with the instance and additional ear pads that they blew away the competition. Oh, and incidentally the Elear cans are amazing! Due to everybody involved in Headphones.com.
!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GOOD FOLKS TO ANYONE !!
