I`ve been ordering materials from Ihealthlabs because the start of the pandemic. I purchased 40 thermometers then tens of thousands of fantastic quality KN95 masks. Over the past 8 months I`ve purchased about 5000 medical superior masks. At the start of the pandemic imports took some time since they originated from China. Now imports arrive at three or four times. I`ve known them to other sections and they`re delighted with them too.

It took two weeks to get there. I`ve used this two times. I proceeded to use it and it said that the battery was so dead. After replacing the batteries 3 NEW collections of batteries it`s still stating the batteries are dead. I phoned them today. Spoke to some foreigner, she promised me that the merchandise includes a history of doing so and agreed to deliver a new one tomorrow or today. She said I`d be getting an email using all the replacement info, and monitoring information soon. Instead I got a computer generated email that stated: Your petition (#150519) was obtained and has been examined by our service team.
Because of this COVID 19 outbreak along with the shelter set up order within our area, our capacity to react to tickets was shrouded. Please bear with us through this period of national catastrophe. Together with the demand to our inferred No-Tounch thermometersour ticket quantity has gone from 40 tickets per day to over 600, we are all working days to react to every one the request.
In case you don`t hear from us within the next couple of business days, then please check your junk folder. Occasionally our answers become filtered as junk.

BEWARE! It is a scam! I bought 100 face masks , after waiting for FOUR weeks, that they shipped me another version, much more economical (for the identical cost ) that supplies not the exact same amount of security to COVID. The customer service telephone number is imitation, etc., etc.. They only need to play your wellness and choose advantaje of covid in your own expense. Fake intermediary.

I purchased masks which were on backorder, and waited almost a month since I enjoy the particular match of this design. The delay was not a issue, but when they eventually sent they substituted another fashion and brand free of notice. I guessed this could be simple to mend client assistance, but they essentially only told me”too poor”. I requested for a refund or to allow them to just ship the right masks and they denied, and they expected to cover the incorrect masks. Had they only told me that they did not have the design I purchased I just could have cancelled without any harm done. However, to ship the incorrect thing with no notice and refuse to do anything about that? Horrible!!!

I purchased 3 thermometers and also 1 came faulty. They do not answer their service telephone number or return email queries. I think their firm is a SCAM!

They are actively promoting faulty items and are not going to issue a refund. Their customer support department doesn`t care.

Scammers, never obtained a merchandise arranged at april and they won`t refund cash. Don`t conduct business with this business.

I purchased a thermometer along with oximeter on March 31st. I received just the oximeter on April 13th. Additionally, I tried phoning them several times (they never respond or return mails ). Basically they state they`ve these thermometers in stock, they just take your cash and after that you never understand the item. This is particularly about at a time if folks are relying on receiving their arranged health gear. The simple fact that this provider is doing so usually means they ought to be closed down!
