Gloria and Efren arrived on time to install our net. They were also quick to finish. Their efficiency and customer service impressed me greatly. They provided a demonstration of the product and answered all my questions. Kyema was great and made it easy. Her turnaround time was also impressive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to others.

We had a Katchakid net recently installed. It was a great product. Mike and Lavadis did an excellent job installing the net. It turned out great. It is easy to put on and take off. Mike spent some time with me and my wife, showing us how it works. We are going to be very happy with the choice between a pool net and a fence.

It was a great experience. It took me a bit longer to get the fence installed (supply chain problems, as we are all suffering). The salesperson was excellent, communication was great and Chris, the installer, was fantastic. It looks amazing and works exactly as we want it to. Another tool to keep our children safe around the pool.

Dre and Oscar installed our katch-a-kid net yesterday. The net looks amazing and they did a great job. They spent extra time explaining to me how to secure the net and how to remove it. In case I had missed anything, I recorded a video of him explaining the process. They were patient with my attempts to hook up the net by myself and guided me every step of the way. It is safe to know that the net is there.

Rogelio put the cover on, while last week another man installed it. Both men arrived at the site 10 minutes early, just before 8 a.m. Both were very polite and fully explained what they were doing. Both the installers did an excellent job. The net and cover are excellent. The cover was purchased to prevent water evaporation. I hope to reduce 75% water evaporation.

The installation of our pool net was a great experience. The first installer couldn`t make it on the scheduled day so they rescheduled for Sunday morning. Jaime was the epitome of excellence and efficiency that morning. When it was time to learn how the pool net worked, he was friendly, approachable, and a great instructor. Jaime is a great pool net instructor in Dallas.

The final product and the installation process exceeded my high expectations. Oscar was efficient and hard working. The final product is beautiful and works even better than what I expected it to with my 6 month old. He was extremely thorough in explaining how to use the net. Katchakid is a 10/10.

Katchkid was amazing. We are very happy with the progress of their project. Mike was a great help and showed me how to attach the net and take it off. After demonstrating, he went over each step several times. Then he asked me to do it. He showed me how I could use my bodyweight to accomplish it (I am a petite framed woman, so I was able do it myself). I was concerned that I would forget everything, but the instructions of mikes were clear and simple.

Excellent quality work and clear instructions on how to use it. The only thing that was not a problem was the fact that they moved my installation to a later time without my consent. Although they did send me an email with the new time and called me while I was on my way, it would have been better to get my permission first.
