An order I put”did not get entered in their system . It was very hard to get hold of themand that I just got a response to a single message. Four additional messages received no response. I had been frustrated at not having the ability to speak to a live man to be certain I and I knew my problem. I never got a reply that dispatch was forthcoming. The email stated”solved”, but that I did not understand what was done before I received a bundle. It did come fast after the first email. Quite inadequate return coverage. No returns for items which were opened if unused. In the event you return unopened items there`s a 20% restocking fee and customer pays to send the yields. The hem on the tablecloths I purchased seemed like a rather bad quality, and so I cleaned 6 of those 20 to observe how they kept up. One of these came out with a detached hem on 2 stains and frayed. I asked a replacement and they denied since I`d cleaned and opened the tablecloth. I won`t be purchasing from this company again as a result of poor quality and bad return coverage.
