Did not get my goods and have been billed over a couple of weeks ago. USPS claims to harbor not got the package. Barcode scan information confirms this. Misthub Support staff is curable using run-around copy/paste answers. Won`t be buying here later on.

Had a problem with USPS shipping. Adding an email to encourage within 48 hours they reacted with an answer. Fantastic customer service and I`d recommend Misthub to all of my vape buddies.

I had a problem I couldn`t receive my vape to function and that I emailed support the afternoon after I got it I got a email reply immediately back and they could walk me through how to receive my own vape to function was operator error. However, I certainly give them a five-star score!!

Lately two Innokin vv4 itaste starter kit. Site was easy to trace and dispatch was quick.
One Innokin did not turn so that I contacted Misthub along with a brand new Innokin was replaced over a week.

The mod I think could have been improved. I`ve owned a few isticks along with Pico`s and also to me that the fire is really a dissapointment compared to other versions.
I am a huge man with large hands and how it is marginally polished leads to a good deal of off centre presses that make the mod firing gently or in any way. It is the very first istick in which I can`t readily feel the match but I am ready to concede it is likely my beat hands up and callouses over the mods mistake.
Other then that I like the entire design and battery lifetime
