Impressed! Zack Ondriezek was probably the most knowledgeable broker I have ever spoken with over the past four years. He is very helpful, connected, transparent, and patient. We haven`t yet contracted for a flight, but despite my hesitation and caution, he is focused on finding great solutions to our flight needs.
