Understood that the issue straight away. Transferred me to Tech service straight away. Phone was dropped however, I received a call right away. A great deal of attempt to get beyond the virus infecting my lap top so technician could take remote controller eliminate both virus and repair the other issues. It took approximately 45 minutes to perform a complete diagnostic and cleanup all additional issues and update my safety. My questions have been answered and my lap top would be working for the last 2 weeks without any difficulties. Thank you for the superb assistance!

Now Sam answered the telephone to return to normal in my PC. My Telephone Service now has been treated professionally, friendly and Sam did everything he said he was planning to perform, in the timeframe he explained he was planning to fix my computer issues. There were a few different questions on other things that Sam managed flawlessly. He kept me updated with regular phone upgrades – thank you . An overall remark all around. I’ve had My Phone Service for years as well as your business has never let me always solved any problem I have had.

My difficulty with iCloud.com was not fixed, but I feel it is an Apple issue that needs adjusting, not a windows issue. I was not guided towards Apple service, so discovered that in my own. The customer support was quite good, and also a joy to use. As always, I’d recommend My Telephone Service, it makes my personal computer life a whole lot more enjoyable!

I was pleased with my phone service & computer cleanup, etc.. The very first time that I tried transfering pictures and videos out of your own iPhone to my desktop Pictures document, it worked fine. It has not worked since that time, a lot more work has to be accomplished by one of your technician reps.
