I will never go back to you. This website was recommended to me by a friend. I purchased 4 products. Because I needed to ship the products overseas, I paid for shipping within 3-5 days. It was impossible to track if the products had shipped or if they were on their way. I got a thank-you message from I believe a customer service representative. After complaining to them, I received a thank you message from I guess a customer service representative. I was informed that the product would arrive via UPS on Sunday. UPS sent me alerts and I signed up. They moved it to Monday at the end of the day, but Sunday arrived. Monday arrived and they moved the delivery to Tuesday. You should all work hard on your services.

The order was placed for pick-up, but the e mail received contained the incorrect order number and outdated instructions. The instructions in the e-mail said that I should call a number to have the order delivered to my car. I called the pick-up location at 4:40 pm and was not answered. Another 800 number was dialed and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes before being disconnected. Due to the e-mail with incorrect information, the process was not well organized. The order was not available for pick-up that day. I called them the next day to find out that the order number was not the same as the one they had in their system. I discovered that I placed the order through a reseller and that their pick-up instructions are outdated.

I bought vitamins BOGO thinking that I would only receive one. However, they shipped me two bottles from OR because the vitamins were supposed to have arrived from Texas during their crazy snowstorm. They had difficulty getting the second shipment out so they had to have their place in AZ send me two more bottles. I received three bottles, even though their TX building was damaged by the storm. Incredible customer service. Thank you for the extra bottle.
