This review is all about my shopping/education/ordering expertise – I haven`t got the merchandise at this time. I`m a first-time purchaser of NVG and needed any understanding about exactly what I needed, but didn`t understand exactly what that meant in relation to mounts, j-arms etc.. . My contact in Night Vision Guys had been Felix, and then he walked through the entire matter over a few months of indecision. I couldn`t ask for much more from a customer service perspective. I`ll provide a second inspection after receiving the merchandise.

I recently Bought an AGM TM-160 Thermal monocular From Night Vision Guys Site. I had been on the fence between ordering the merchandise in Amazon but took a shot & purchased it from NVG to save a while. I am happy I did. It took about 5 times more than Prime`s daily delivery however I stored a substantial amount & NVG`s customer support was exceptional. Highly recommend.

As soon as I purchased them from, they stated the extent was in stock. Once they billed my account, they explained that they awakened on their stock and it might be roughly 30 days until they ship. I asked them when they charge my account before the range can be obtained and they stated they`d need to cancel my order when I needed my accounts credited. Is that legal?

Just comment is that you need to let shipping info and billing info to be different. I wasn`t able to modify my billing info so that I needed to use PayPal instead.

WELL?? AFTER SPENDING THE LAST 5 HOURS SEARCHING that the web to get a Pulsar Core extent I discovered a company that appears to be aware of what they`re doing. I was amazed I will get my purchase in just 4 times. Overall if this really comes to pass such as NVG says I`m a loyal client. Midway and Optic Earth are not any more likely to receive my enterprise.

This is my first purchase from NVG, and the adventure has been wonderful. I`d accidentally double arranged and they have been great about asking if that is exactly what I supposed to perform. They have been very helpful, essentially walking through the procedure, as I had been unaware of a few of the limitations on some goods. I strongly suggest these people for all of your design needs!

Placed an order to get a brand new hogster r 35mm. Checked the standing of if it will send and discovered it will not be sent til end of the week!!! I emailed them on a search I`d proposed for next weekend and they updated to next day air!!! Hopefully my thermal comes on time so that I could add some job!!! Hogs are shooting over.
