My wife suffers from acute kidney damage. Her mask has been broken and she had been begging to get a cozy substitute for her breathing system. We purchased the complete face mask and also paid $116 bucks for this. That is a good deal of cash to people and has been difficult to produce. The mask eventually came and has been too small to match her face. She had been in tears. I phoned them and they said too bad. . We won`t take it back or substitute it. We can`t afford to purchase another. It was not employed. And that my wife is currently made to utilize the mask she`s held with tape. Thank you for the lack of empathy and your own greed. I expect nobody else accidently dictates the incorrect size. You are screwed. Thanks a lot

Cost caked on PPE. Merchandise broke quite shortly after receipt and won`t refund or ship a replacement. Buyer beware!

If I was you I`d take quite careful consideration when purchasing a product from the provider. My CPAP came using a harm reservoir and they stated they`d send me overnight and listened to me and also ship it regular mail. Subsequently the power cord simply keeps itself. And Alex the supervisor said too bad there is nothing we could do about it all of the machines really are that poor. And they wouldn`t even ship me a brand new power cord and I have just had the system for a few days. Please do not get any used gear from this provider because as soon as they receive your money they`ll inform you to go fly a kite.

Very bad customer support, Ordered a pole op boot that came . Called business stated it had been still in box using vinyl on, hadn`t been utilized. Refuses refund. Employing COVID for a reason to not return merchandise.

Very bad customer services. They do not even wish to speak or discuss anything farther. Cost caked in their own N95 masks. I discovered that the specific same mask just one third (1/3 or even 33.333percent if you can believe that!) Of the purchase price! As soon as I attempted to return them BEFORE they had been sent, they denied. I inquired if I could deny the shipping so it could return into them, and they said no. They also attempt to gouge you throughout their refund policy as though the cost on the mask wasn`t enough. You may get up it where the sun do not shine with those individuals. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased several N95 masks along with a couple of all disposable masks and all these are extremely good quality and on top of that, they do not smell the nauseating gas like those that I purchased from different sites. I ordered everything was recorded as Reactive Respiratory Oxygen Cylinder E Tank – Gently used, recorded as CONDITION:Refurbished. Not certain what refurbished means for you but additionally states in advertising 5 year Hydrostatic evaluation. I obtained a total of 11 cylinders last hydrostatic test dates 03/12, 08/13, 10/13, 5/14, 04/15, 09/15, 10/16, 02/17, 05/17, 03/18, and also the only one that I could remotely telephone refurbished at 01/20. Was transfered into a Alex who`s .supposedly in control of the region, a somewhat impolite person. Says I simply dont understand how to browse the dates. I`ve been in the industry long enough sir and may see really well. All I will say is buyer beware since there thought of an refurbished tank has just one year left hydrostatic test date abandoned ( which will be just five years) since you can see 4 of those tanks shipped are far out of date variety. Horrible customer support. How are they in business? I put an order to get a CPAP mask and obtained a mask at the open bundle! When I complained I was informed they don`t accept returns on open bundle masks. They then explained that they get the mask such as this in the producer (right!) . Finallythey explained that they`ll swap the mask, but it is going to take an unknown quantity of time because of coronavirus. The woman I was speaking to was really rude. My order amount is 34241.

Purchased two ResMed cpap hide cushions. Must have known better since they had been 15 less expensive than my regular provider.
Already leaking once less than 1 month of usage.
Online”live” conversation is unworthy. Says they will not refund for goods they buy from a producer! What?
Customer support rep just called and maintained the mask pillow lasts just two weeks. Ridiculous! Each of RedMed online content states they continue at least three weeks.
Then he begins yelling and stating he is likely to”blow up me online” due to my critique!
Could you freaking believe that this seizure?

I attempted some Circadience Sleep Anew mask plus it produced more noise than the usual own snoring. I instantly attempted to return the item, and has been advised No Insurance Medical doesn`t take returns after opened. They don`t take profits from end clients, but expand a 30-day trial yield on their vendors. No Insurance Medical will not honor the company`s policy.
Further, the agent I spoke with refused to move me to a manager. She stated she had been the manager. I asked for a supervisor, she stated there wasn`t any supervisor, and the proprietor doesn`t take client calls.
This company doesn`t deserve some more clients.
I`ll never do business without a Insurance Medical again.
WHY would you believe that a used mask that a BIOHAZARD of any kind as soon as your supplier knows that clients may be unsatisfied after attempting a mask and will need to reunite??? They supply a promise to you, however you do not stretch to your clients. Your poor.
I defy you to tell me the way to determine a mask is overly noisy with opening it.

Asked back on 8-26-19, no phone again. Asked back on 9-3-19, Rosti stated Coleen was attempting to reach but no forecasts were in my telephone, all the sudden I had a call on my home telephone number. I was moved around 3 occasions when Rosti stated Colleen would phone me back in half an hour, have not heard from anybody yet and now is 9-4-19. I am ready for a refund without a longer orders

The business promised me that I could take the mobile oxygen concentrator in my trip but the airline refused it since it was not TSA approved. Spent $400 for nothing, really dissatisfied.
