I expected to be given a whole lot of BS once I delivered my sketch and that I used was a CAD drawing exactly what I thought to get, and quite a reasonable price. Jhoana was wonderful, followed quickly to my inquiries, also made the process simple.

Delivery firm said they function telephone 1 hr before truck shipping they predicted the client following the shipping has been made. . .They should happen to call my mobile phone and never did…I walked website as requested (the shipping could be produced involving the hour of 11am and 3pm) I had been on website. . .they my client called me and stated their getting forklift driver had unloaded my dispatch…”after the fact”….we are extremely disappointed with the last leg of the purchase, I did phone into One Stage Partition and spoke with Andy Hughes and he had been really useful ,,,John A. Vylonis…

Brock was great! He deserves 5 Stars. He supplied answers to my questions and supplied a solution to get a petition.

The total score is just 3 Stars because of further, probably computer generated, mails which detracted from Brock’s service. I had been inundated with reminder mails and other similar crap like a client I didn’t have to see. I’d already talked to Brock and tried to wait till the next day to put my purchase. I obtained a variety of mails reminding me in my purchase. That is inferior support.

Rebecca was Wonderful! I took forever to put my orderfrom going back in March before my delivery July. Every single time between I had a query she had been quick to react. The drawings were precise and directions were simple to follow along with.

Customer support is merely a title someplaces. . .but I had excellent support from Andrew. Had a charge card glitch that originated in my own bank. . .he was individual as the lender made the correction got my card back online…I loved Andrews waiting through most that.
