Lee Alvarez, Pavlus` travel agent answered all our questions before we went on vacation. She took care of all the arrangements for our Viking River Cruise. She made the flights and transfers so easy, which made the vacation even more enjoyable. Without hesitation, Pavlus and Viking Cruises are highly recommended. It was a wonderful vacation.

The hotel and tour were excellent. Telaviv seemed like a waste, as there wasn`t much historic to see. Everything else was good and enjoyable. The sites were amazing. The Jordanian tour guide was excellent. Although the tour guide in Jordan was very knowledgeable, he was not respectful of older people and will abandon them if they aren`t able to walk quickly.

I booked a Tauck Bridges tour of “Red Rocks & Painted Canyons” through Fia Bauer, Pavlus agent. It was an amazing trip that was thoroughly enjoyable. Fia was very helpful in answering my questions prior to the trip. Fia was also very helpful in securing a reimbursement for me for an optional tour I purchased from Tauck. For future travel needs, I would definitely use Pavlus or Fia again.

This is the best travel agency I`ve ever seen in my life. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. I would have saved quite a bit of money if I had known about them sooner than I did. Their people are wonderful and Erin Conner took care of me on many trips each year over the past few years. She has earned my sincere admiration.

Pavlus and Carol were excellent in assisting the tour operator when their itinerary was not finalized due to Covid. It seemed that the tour operator did not consider travel times of clients in their final document delivery schedules. Also, they often “overnight” deliver documents by at least one day to recipients who are outside major metropolitan areas.

Pavlus Travel came to my aid when I contracted COVID while on vacation. Weekends are usually closed at the Pavlus Air Department. However,
Pavlus Travel team was able to call me back on Sunday, even though others were not initially helpful. They booked flights for me to fly home to the USA and had a supervisor call me back. They handled all the details quickly and efficiently, as well as arranging for a first-class flight from the bottom Argentina to Buenos Aires to allow me to catch my flight back to the USA.

It is a joy to be able again to travel. Pavlus organized our first Tauck Tours trip in September and October. As Susan Bender promised, it all went as planned. Three more Tauck trips are planned for 2022, and one is on hold for 2023.
