We had a great experience using PDSC to obtain our ESA documents. We needed an ESA letter for our daughter because her apartment was restricted in terms of breeds. My daughters ESA was one of those restrictions. We were able to get the documentation we needed so that my daughter`s ESA could stay in our home. They are a great company to work with.

I have called for more than a week without any response. I emailed multiple times. I didn`t receive the 2 letters I ordered. I need a refund because I had to pay for my dog`s stay with me. I have been repeatedly told that I am top priority, but I still haven`t received any email or call. This company is unresponsive so I am going to dispute my charge.

I received my letter, but it referred to me as “Mr. They immediately called me and said that they would send a request for a new letter. I got nothing. I called them again and was told that I would receive a new letter. It has been more than a week since I received nothing. Next is to dispute my cc. Bad customer service.

It`s quick, easy, and so thorough. I was not like me and didn`t go through all of the paperwork before purchasing. I am trying to contact PDS to change my residence address. I provided another address for mailing purposes. It was not my knowledge that it would be used for resident purposes. I tried calling and sending messages, but no one was able to help me. The call center does not accept messages. I have not been called back by anyone.

Paper work is delivered quickly. The customer service is horrible. They have not responded to me for more than a week. They have absolutely no interest in even acknowledging my request. This operator is not able to take messages. I don`t recommend it.

If I could only give zero stars, I would. I completed the paperwork and paid. After 24 hours, nothing. 48 hours later, nothing. One email and one phone call later, I still have not received my letter. 72 hours pass and I get an email with my letter. It`s not mine, it`s someone else`s, with a different lastname and an address 3,000 km away. This is a nightmare, considering I have mad anxiety and need the letter urgently for my new apartment.
