I am so frustrated. I purchased 5 custom cutting boards. The day after I purchased them I phoned and wished to include just one more. I had been advised that it had been too late that requests couldn`t be changed. And moreover my order was already shipped! Wow a day after wonderful! So I purchased yet another individually and it cost up to the transport but They appeared are this quick and effective it`ll be well worth it as all of my people are going to have their presents beneath the tree. Tracking stated they`d be here from the 24th all great. Well…. The one I purchased afterwards got here along with the first 5 not did. I contacted fed ex and they stated the tag was arranged but the things never sent. My first fear was one of my son in legislation would need to receive his talent …. Currently 5 of these will. We do not live near each other thus that I really going to need to email them. Making the price of some sweet little present 3x the cost in the conclusion of the afternoon and humiliation on Christmas Day if they`ve nothing in their own luggage nevertheless summer sausage and cheese. I won`t ever purchase from that company again–regardless of what the DEAL really is. They supply a coupon code but it isn`t accepted by their site. There`s not any way to find anybody to communicate. I have tried every choice. Actually the email address that they let you utilize would be really a no-reply one. You receive an automatic response saying nobody will see !! That will be using the email that they guide one to utilize. I discovered another service email and attempted that 4 times without one answer. It didn`t bounce back as undeliverable.

I purchased on 5/17 a present that has been needed instantly. But on June 10th (beyond the time that I had the present ) I got an email saying they had been looking forward to the delay. They provided a 50% off discount in their cutting edge boards. Why do I give you additional when I have not gotten my order yet. Additionally they have their cutting boards and many are tiny. On July 14th I got a email that my purchase was in creation. I proceeded around July 10th and I figure missed the email since I had been busy shifting. I received no additional correspondence from them before I emailed them Nov 25th inquiring where my package was. They stated USPS delivered to some previous speech 7/20. It`d have gotten plotted together with of my other email and how could this be possible in order for it to be in manufacturing to the 14th and delivered to the 20th as it has taken two weeks since I purchased to proceed to manufacturing. I purchased monogrammed knit gloves. The glasses are suitable quality and arrived in about a couple of weeks. However it needs to be said that the monogramming is just performed on the rear of a single glove, not equally. I was frustrated about this.
Additionally, for informational purposes only, the monogram layout”Fancy” is difficult to read. The correspondence`J` inside this layout doesn`t seem as the J at me. It seems similar to a S or B. But, the correspondence V did seem as a V.

I purchased a customized Sketchbook with coloured pencils through Groupon that delivered the sequence to be processed. After roughly 10 texts back and forth, I managed to receive the product personalized and arranged and it was fine as it came.
Groupon lasted to send me buy orders, and provided me a unique for approximately $9 at which I could purchase 5 Sketchbooks customized.
I purchased and then discovered that Qualtry intended to charge about $12 S/H for every one of the five novels.
Once I attempted to cancel my purchase, I had been unable to accomplish this, therefore I foolishly little back on a discount cost of $4 to get yet another book (plus they billed me $7 to this ).
I attempted to buy Groupon or even Qualtry to send me of those 5 books I`d already paid , but they said , I needed to make a new buy, so I simply ignored the cash I`d spent 5 novels and purchased another publication. I`m rather disappointed. I purchased a timber postcard on my husband for father`s day on June 5th and it said that I`d get it in time for dad`s day. It revealed 3 times ago dad`s day and it was not done properly. I set our saying onto it and then followed it up with a â¤ï¸. The site did not kick it out and no where on this page does it say it will not take imojis. Rather than placing the â¤ï¸ they place a? On it. This is a Christmas present-too overdue today. I spent hours attempting to find them, nobody ever replies. Their internet”customer support” is really a farce. Inadequate customer services. I purchase a customized cutting board that was damaged through transport. I eventually managed to have a reply from customer support and they sent me a replacement. The replacement came and it was wrong. I`ve sent a lot of emails (with images ) and left messages on their voicemail and that I have not heard back by the provider. It was happening for more than a month! Quite disappointing and I highly advise utilizing another firm.

I purchased 3 customized mugs from using this site and when they opened themthe composing was totally off-centered, misaligned and slanted considerably. It merely seems cheap as if they didn`t enjoy their job – particularly because it is not that hard to centre and straighten somebody`s name!

Buyer Beware! The expense of shipping was much as the item itself. No reply from customer support. I am uncertain regarding the item quality but purchased a Groupon, bought items and merchandise price was 23 and Shipping was 22. What a joke!

I obtained an arrangement that has been incorrect and sent erroneously from Qualtry. I attempted to get in contact with them for more than a week. I left messages for them to phone me back along with also the never did. FINALLY after more than a 1/2 dozen messages that I got somebody on the telephone who refused to fix my problem or assist. He had no customer service abilities and straight out stated, this isn`t our problem. He did not even attempt to fix the issue. I invested 180.00 won`t be using them . They don`t have any customer support.
As soon as you purchase your things it is a done deal. So really disappointed

I adored the Qualtry things I bought, but had a Groupon I was unable to utilize since my salvation code wouldn`t operate. The expiry date passed and that I was unable to receive any reaction in my orders to be reached by a Qualtry representative, so much to my disappointment! It`d be valuable to have a telephone number to get in touch with the business!!

This organization is awful. I had an adventure this past year and they shipped the wrong item. Thought I would give them a second try. They shipped the incorrect colour. I contacted them and you must prove they`re wrong with images of thing and reception, like they do not possess a duplicate of your purchase. Subsequently I was told that they are from this color I purchased.

Printing was really mild. Things weren`t magnetic when obtained. Contacted retailer but not answer. Will likely not purchase from them if this problem isn`t solved.

Ordered 3 electricity banks throughout Groupon, plus they had been out of stock. What made it a much more disagreeable encounter was that you needed to move all of the way during the whole ordering process, such as filling in all of the personalization, billing information, etc., until you noticed that they had been from stock. If we DID get themthe cable will not remain plugged in, therefore to be able to control, you need to maintain it in position. Now also, after just a few applications, the USB entered is totally broken, making it fairly useless.

I have purchased many times from Qualtry and haven`t been disappointed. Their goods are of fantastic quality and much more than meet expectations. The vast majority of my orders are all presents and the recipients are always happy.
