Redragon products have gradually made me a regular customer. Redragon products are all top-quality to the point that I`ve been replacing my Razer gear slowly with Redragon. The support has been excellent, prompt and responsive. This is something that I have not seen in the rest of my industry. Particularly, my recent mystery box purchases were well worth it. The K557 RGB was my choice because it has rich colors, a full keyboard with numeric pad, and mechanical keys that have a great tactile feel. I wanted to use a fixed-color display, but there were no instructions on how to stop the running display. It worked, and the agent had the solution! The best part is that the running display can be paused at any time and maintained as a static arrangement. This is perfect for non-touch types-est. Many thanks.

Red dragon was my first experience with the internet. I was relieved to discover a professional website. It was also a great find, as I found the keyboard I wanted at an affordable price. The product arrived Tuesday after I ordered it on Monday. The delivery was amazing. They sent me regular texts and emails to let me know when my product would arrive. Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase.

The problem appears to be a mechanical one. They attempted to troubleshoot, but then they simply replaced the product under Warranty.

My Yahoo mail stopped receiving support agents responses after the initial support request. I was forced to contact an alternative email address to continue the support process.

I was extremely pleased with the support team`s willingness to help me resolve a problem with my mouse, which was malfunctioning upon arrival. I was frustrated with the product and they quickly sent me a replacement mouse. They were involved in solving the problem and I was grateful to Carrie, my customer service representative.

This keyboard is almost perfect.
Base is extremely heavy and difficult to move around.
It has the same feel as old IBM products and the long stroke keys.
– 87 key layout, separate cursor keys, no space-hogging numpad
Backlit keys look cool and help my close vision.
Trackpoint is the only feature I`d like. It might be possible to license it from the annoying laptop vendor who won`t sell older models.
