Excellent product that I couldn`t find anywhere else
Shipping and pricing were very high
It wasn`t explained well, and it was partly my fault that I didn`t get the details about daily rental fees compared to weekly rentals.
It should have been delivered on Friday, not Friday. Because I kept it for one extra day, I was charged 30% more.
The product was otherwise good

It seemed that so many things went wrong, and most of them were out of RTO`s control. Over a day passed without power at their warehouse, preventing them from processing orders and shipping them. Before sales learned of the outage, I had already placed my order. It was also very urgent. 2 Day Express shipping was ordered on Wednesday and should arrive Friday. Due to the power outage, they were unable to ship until Thursday. The shipping cost would then increase significantly due Saturday drop. They couldn`t cover the extra cost. They said that they would get the equipment to you by Tuesday. I extended my deadline to Tuesday. They must have covered my 2 Day shipping costs because the items arrived Sunday afternoon. Multiple people provided outstanding customer service and did everything they could to lower my costs. The equipment also worked flawlessly.

Perfect. Perfect. I ordered four subsalve underwater lift bags to fit my boat lift. They were shipped via FEDEX. It was perfect and arrived on time. They are definitely better than the other ….I am looking forward to using the bags to lift my boat lift in October. The bags are strong and durable. Excellent experience. Would use them again. The light arrived quickly and seems to be working well so far. The light was extremely bright in an outdoor test, as well as on all three white lighting settings. It emits a powerful flood light that covers nearly 180 degrees.
It was also very bright with the red and blue lights. I am traveling to Aruba in one week. Can`t wait for the opportunity to dive wreck and reef dives.

There was no problem with the product. Fedex screwed up the delivery and the place it was taken never received it. Fedex also never contacted me to inform me that it had been delivered. I have referred another person for another NEMO drill. It looks like you have gotten up on them. Perhaps you`ll one day take care of me because I have referred so many customers.

Although it is difficult to find excellent customer service these days, I was able to receive it with my purchase. The salesman treated me like I was buying a $100,000 machine, when it was actually a $5000 machine. It was a big purchase for me and I appreciate all the effort that went into it. I highly recommend this company, and look forward to doing business with them in future.

It looks sturdy and well-built for the purpose it was intended. It`s still in its packaging and I haven`t had the chance to use it with the new core drill. That will probably happen in the next few weeks. It may be updated once I have had the chance to use it.
