Staff was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes, I was able to plan a complete ski vacation: lodging, lifts and equipment, as well as a lesson. Great job!

Lilly, the agent who answered the phone was fantastic. The website was a total failure. The flight I chose didn`t appear in my cart. After I realized I couldn`t rent a car, I was unable to proceed with the transfers. Although the website`s Google display says that there are NO CANCELLATIONS, it simply goes to the website. The website is disappointing.

Kathy was a great help in planning our perfect ski vacation. We were given options and she was very prompt in responding to our questions. Tench Coxe was attentive to our requirements and made sure that we were satisfied. He quickly responded with four suggestions and then worked hard to find the best. Within two days of our initial contact, we had our hotel, tickets for skis, and shuttle transportation confirmed.

The customer service was terrible! All of us were excited to be able to ski, and Randall Howard made it look so easy. When we needed him, he wasn`t there. We were to be taken to Beaver Run after we landed in Denver. The problem was that our flight arrived at 1030, but pickup from the airport was delayed until 5pm. We rented a car to get us out of this bad situation. We asked him about refunding our shuttle, but he didn`t respond. After my first day of skiing, I injured my ankle. I reached out to him to ask about refunds for the days that I would not be skiing. He hasn`t responded !!!!!. The lady who sold us insurance said that we would have to file with them to get our money back !!!!. They want you to spend a lot, but they won`t help you if you need it !!!!. Please plan your trip yourself and do not rely on these guys You don`t need them if your trip is successful. However, if it doesn`t, they will return all of your calls and emails. !

The Ski agent forgot to mention that you need to book lessons in advance. We were unable to find any when we started looking into it. This was a huge disappointment for the children who didn`t know how to ski, and needed instruction.
