They are a great addition to our fur babies` lives! They have been with us for 2 months and they know which ones are their favorite. It`s great that they are getting fresh, raw food. I can see a difference in their hairballs, digestion, and coats. Everything arrived quickly and was well packed with dry ice/cold packs. I love the little treats included in every box, and the excellent customer service. I appreciate receiving an email prior to my box going out so that I can change any items if necessary. Since my Boozer cat was diagnosed with parasites more than a year ago, he has been suffering from health problems. He was severely dehydrated, couldn`t hold down food and suffered severe vomiting and diarrhea. He is now eating smaller meals and is gaining weight. We aren`t seeing him vomit all over the place.
Smalls are treated with great customer service. They respond within one day. It is super simple to order and change orders through the app. The packaging is the only thing I find problematic. It is very well proportioned to the cats` nutritional needs, but the packaging doesn`t seal or keep any food from being thrown away. To give the cat half of it for breakfast and half for dinner, we have to place it in a bag.

Our furbabies love Smalls food! It`s easy to eat! We know it`s good stuff. We have only received two shipments so far, and it is difficult to open the wrap. We have to always cut the bag because the peel back doesn`t open. Let us know if there`s a better way to open the container or if you have a different method. Other than that, I am SO EXTREMELY HAPPY with small things 🙂

Both fresh and frozen raw food are favorites of my two cats. Both cats are just over a year of age and were both suffering from GI problems when they were first adopted. They love the food and seem to be happy eating it. I am happy that their improved GI health is reflected in the litter box. Smalls is responsive to my questions, and even texted me before I received my first order. I expected a canned response, but Smalls was able to respond quickly. What is this?

My little princess was having a hard time with dry, store-brand food. It was making her constipated. She was very unhappy, unwell, and not playing. She was very unhappy, not playing, and had no energy. I put her on Smalls` ground wet food. She is now much more comfortable, and has no accidents outside of the litter box. We can all agree that her stress levels (and mine) have decreased significantly, her coat is softer and she is overall happier. If you are having trouble keeping your cat hydrated, here is a tip: I add some water to her wet food to increase water intake. She still loves it! It`s almost like gravy, soup, or something. I don`t know but it must be! Her favorite foods are chicken, turkey and bird mix. The end result is a happy cat and a happy life.

Excellent customer service was provided to me. The dry ice became inefficient after the 2 delays I experienced with my 1st order. When I finally got my food, it arrived hot. Customer service was able to make a new package for Oliver free of charge. It was delivered cold and was ready to be defrosted. It is a hit with my cat! Thank you so much!

Jackson Galaxy refers to my kittens Raven and Ebony as “Raw Cats”. (My Cat From Heaven). I knew that a raw food diet would work best for them. I also wanted to ensure their healthy weight and eat only natural, unprocessed food. They were slow to adopt at first. But I did recall reading that you could warm up or bring the food to room temperature for those who are picky eaters. My kittens love their new food so much that they beat me up to get me to feed them quicker. I love your food and it is healthy. It smells so good that I could put it on a sandwich! Incredible customer service and new products for cats that you just love too much. The sampler box contained a variety of food items that my cat enjoyed, and we are now testing them out.

It`s not fake food, it smells just like canned food. This is the highlight of this recipe. It`s just food for cats.

Smalls has helped my cat Sanders lose 2 pounds (from 19 to 17 pounds) in just two weeks. She was initially reluctant to eat the dry kibble, but she now loves the wet meat. My one cat is very picky about wet food. This is her first time cleaning the plate. To see how my cat reacts to the food, we are also testing it out. These formulas contain fewer ingredients and are better than regular canned food. Shipping times can be a bit slow, especially during holidays, but it is worth the inconvenience. I`m excited to see the next chapter in a company still in growth.
