Ordered twice out of them and frankly it`s my fault for thinking the excellent reviews because each order was a catastrophe. My very first order caused a couple of wireless silence and nothing being sent.
My next order was comparable though I just waited a few weeks before performing the exact same song and dancing and like magic they found out my order was”missing” so that they said they would send it . Eventually after a week of waiting that the next order was sent lo and behold this purchase was incorrect.
Every adventure with Smoke Cartel was bad so that I can not in good conscience tell anybody to look here. Proceed where it feels as they are not attempting to pull you on you.

Don`t dictate form this location!! I purchased a product, also got an email a couple of days later stating – sorry that merchandise ran from inventory, you can select something else to get the exact same value (no alternative for a refund). I chose a second product, and it has been a week and I have heard nothing back. Should you call customer support – they do not reply even though it`s client support telephone hours. Should you leave a message that`s the sole alternative – they don`t phone you back. I have sent several mails – that will be the only other touch choice, and they haven`t responded. I had been supposed to possess this product currently which was a present, and they have not even responded to me personally. I might have easily gone into a store or bought from a different source. Lesson learned for this corporation! Very irritating experience.

I purchased a banger out of smoke cartel. The conformation email never delivered or got lost in my trash email. I messaged smoke cartel relating to that and they responded right out using a private email and repaired everything. Fantastic costumer Support

Everything has been delivered on time and as advertised. Regrettably, I was only dissatisfied with the performance of the item. Even in the maximum temperature setting that this rig hardly ends up with smoke. I`d say I could become easily two times as large a cloud together with my 30 rig by means of a torch. And of course that the airway is really narrow in the base that after 20-30 tears the dab build-up clogs it you receive little to no strike in any way. Overall I believe that this is an Excellent site I simply Wasn`t impressed with this Specific rig

Great sitewide encounter but a few more graphics and also a little more detail regarding the goods would be useful. The modest wooden pipes together with an revolving cover are unworthy…. The bowl is too little rather than lined up nicely with the hole and also imposible to reach…. A really lousy design. The alpacka pipe is excellent and I actually enjoy the aluminum pipe, nicely made!

I`ve been dismissed constantly by Smoke Cartel service seeing a faulty item that has been offered to me by Smoke Cartel. I had been informed I was planning to get the bit replaced, upon further debate my input has been dismissed as to why the bit was faulty and has been told a few generic/non useful ideas and I am being dismissed by Smoke Cartel. It`s been 4 times now.

The transport for my purchase was quick and productive. It had been quite discreet and well packed. I adore that the PlayStation ashtray however I did not understand that it was going to be this enormous. I enjoy the lava lamp but it was a good deal bigger than I planned so I was very disappointed about that.

I purchased this for my husband`s birthdaycake. I do not smoke so that I took a shot and purchased the one I believed he`d enjoy – I believed the perc seemed cool. Ha! Anyhow, he adores it. Following his very first yank, his eyes got wide and was just like”Whoa.” It is a hit. 5 stars.
