Don’t utilize Support Nerds they don’t take responsibility for whatever that they do wrong. I really don’t know why another techs did not ask me when I’d the cable attached to my PC. Micheal was quite patient and that he defused the problem with much esteem and promised me he would manage the issue. I explained to him I had been leery of committing command os the pc due to a previous experience where a guy assured me that he was out of microsoft and that I trusted him. Well naturally I must use this password that this guy gave me to enter my private computer. Michael is quite professional attitude and also knows his stuff and that I think he really cares about his occupation. Thanks I am offered on you men.

I sent my notebook Service Nerds in early August and guaranteed it’d be sent back to me August 22 since I wanted it for college. They were able to replace the mother board since the power receptacle has been busted. I obtained the notebook back using the exact same busted power receptacle!
I simply called the number I have to them and it had been a message the amount no more was accepting inbound calls. I’m livid! I paid the evaluation cost of $79.00 and $250+ to your mother board and don’t have anything to show for this. These folks are scammers.

They had my notebook for more than a month and nothing else finished before I phoned and inquired what exactly the difficulty was.Then they needed to substitute the display with a lousy display. After me phoning a few times they stated they’d need to purchase another one which could be a week more. I had them ship the notebook back and that required two more weeks. I must have gone to Best Buy and had the Geek Squad mend it at the first location.

Very mad with this bogus hp assist!!! I waited to get a tech to assist to the new printer. Took long, I predicted 123 hp. I thought that was HP WEBSITE, BUT NO A SCAM THAT COST ME $$272.00!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SUE THIS HP ( HORSE POWER) COMPANY FOR FALSE INFORMATION!!!!!! OF COUSE that I WILL NEVER NEVER GET AN ANSWER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! EXTREMELY UPSET!!!!

Called Support Nerds using a pc which has been hardly functional. Annie fielded the first telephone, took down the problems and moved to Andrew, who started the procedure for specifying the origin for the issues. I had been passed off to Michael who travelled to function and fixed all of the difficulties with the pc, while advocating that I use a much better Virus App and include the most recent edition of MS Office, since the version I used was no longer being upgraded. I’m quite happy with the results, the cost no so much, however only happy I am back in business. I would advise Service Nerds because they did the work for me personally.
