I wholeheartedly encourage and they responded. I can not work out how to cancel the subscription together with the corporation. Fortunately I will only prevent payment with credit card. Cool idea, wish they`d improved or maybe just available customer services.

We loved the choice of tea which arrived in November. Yunnan silver (green tea), Yunnnan black tea, Kathmandu Cosmos chai, and Apple Cider Rooibos – we adored that the black and herbal types so far, we`ll likely order these . Chai was fairly great also. I really don`t know whether it is because green tea is more finicky with temperatures however, the green has been a bit too sour for my taste. Shipment came fairly quickly, in weekly!

I enjoy the majority of the teas which were offered to me personally but wish there was greater version, possibly vanilla or alternative teas instead of merely black mixed or green.

Really like the wide variety and grade of the green tea. Also happy you could swap teas out in every single dispatch –more versatility than at other tea subscription boxes I have tried. I anticipate using a cup each morning

I have never attempted a monthly tea shop but my husband and I had been seeking to try out a larger selection of teas as there are not any convenient stores in our region to try things out of. Our very first box arrived as anticipated and my husband adores the teas we obtained. I discovered them a bit too sour for my tastes, however I look forward to trying fresh teas at the forthcoming months.

Every month Tea Runners sends an email trailer of this tea . I am able to change out teas, even when I`d like. Together with every tea a description of its source, mix, amt of caffeine, time to boil, etc.. Can be printed on zip bag. I particularly enjoy monthly pole card that I place in kitchen window! Business allows ordering for bigger amts of teas that I adore or some other teas I want to attempt. I`ve subscriptions for my two daughters who can not await their yearly box. 1 girl gave me a subscription. Great service!
