Extremely bad support. An order I put didn`t arrive. UPS tracking indicates the purchase wasn`t delivered. I asked to get a replacement arrangement. Were told that they`d contact UPS and then await a reply. When I requested for my purchase be cancelled they denied and said to await the UPS answer. I`d give them stars if I could.

Nobody appears to operate in client services. Ordered four presentation racquets that came within a couple of days. Couldn`t demo due to lousy atmosphere from flames on west shore. Ability to contact to expand demonstration by telephone and email without any answers. Send demonstration racquets back with a reply they were obtained. Still hoping to get hold of them by telephone and email with no answer.

I really don`t know if anyone really works , I`ve known about about 20 times within the previous two months and I can`t get anybody to answer the telephone. Additionally, I can not receive any updates on my purchase. Very unsatisfactory. .
