We sign up for CogAT class and ask for class link on the same day. However, my daughter tries to log in class after school, but there is no teacher. My husband calls customer service to inform them that class was cancelled last week. Why is there no record? I can live chat with customer support in the morning. I received an email confirming that class cancellation was made. I purchased my first class for the first time and had terrible service.

Jerome was so professional and helpful. Being a former teacher, Testing Mom makes learning fun. These games helped my grandson learn addition and subtraction by heart. My membership was renewed without reminding us or sending a reminder. I expected at least a gentle reminder, which was not done. We were not able to use the entire year.
I suddenly saw my card charged with charges. This is a fraud on customer and a theft of people.
Customer service did not allow me to get a refund. It was a horrifying business tactic.

Armamd was very professional and patiently explained all steps to my concerns. My 8 year old daughter`s English and math tutoring materials were covered by Armamd. I was also able to test-prep for my 4 year old daughter. I also received several recommendations based on my needs. The service that I received was excellent. I wish I had known about testingmommy.com sooner! We are grateful!

During our call, Teresa was extremely patient, professional, and helpful. Important to note that she apparently STAYED LATE (after 7 p ET) to return my call/email, and help me before she left the office. That was quite impressive. Kayla has been working closely with our 4-year old son for the last few months. She quickly established a strong relationship with our son from the very first class. He loves Kayla and is always eager to learn something new. This is especially difficult when you consider that a 4-year old`s attention span is very short. TestingMom.com is a great site. My sons love many of the features and apps that are available. Excellent customer service is available every day of the week. We recently had a great discussion with Isaiah about the various features offered through TestingMom.com. Amazing apps like BrainPop, ChessKid and CodeCombat are available at the Skill Building Academy. They make learning enjoyable for children. It is a great resource for kids who are interested in preparing for tests such as gifted and talented or other similar tests, but also for academic success. Enjoy learning!

After I registered for the free online training, I received tons of spam within a few days. It was funny how this website was the only one I provided an email address for. I am very particular about who it was given to.
