It was simple to order online. It`s easy to order online. The VIP discount card is a great benefit for parents of NCSU students. While I enjoy shopping in Raleigh`s store, it is great to order online and get free pick-up in the store. My son can pick it up and there are no shipping fees.

I placed an order today and requested it be delivered no later than November 19, as it was a Christmas gift I purchased for my granddaughter, who is a student at NCS. She will be here for Thanksgiving, but not during Christmas Holiday. Today`s shipment was received! Your customer service was outstanding and I am very grateful for their efforts. We are grateful!

Excellent customer service! I received a shirt with a small, black spot. They sent me a replacement shirt the same day. I also received a pre-paid envelope to return the spotted one. The sales representative was professional and friendly. I received the shirt in time to gift it to my friend as a birthday present.

Red and White Store offers a wide range of merchandise for Wolfpack lovers. The store is clean, well-lit, well organized, and well-stocked. There was also a good selection of merchandise for sale. Parking was easy because it was located in a shopping mall.

Although my order was small, it was important because it was for my son who is an avid swimmer and NC State fan. It was a NC State swimming shirt. The shirt arrived in the mail. I didn`t think about the Post Office mail delivery issues when it was ordered. Reid reached out to me just a few days prior to Christmas to inform me that the shipment might be late because of mail delivery problems. To make sure it arrived before Christmas, he informed me that a replacement shirt would be sent. This impressed me greatly.

Funny story: Both shirts arrived the same day, Christmas Eve. One was returned to me without any issues. The shirt is very liked by my son.
