Order took approximately 20 weeks to arrive at Portugal – about the 15th dayI emailed the client group and got a response almost instantly – Emma emailed the delivery suppliers and return to me in just an hour, and asked me to tell her know when I did not receive the purchase I ended up making it a day or two after. Additionally shared a couple emails with Evan, that had been just as useful and quickly since Emma (he responded just like 5 minutes after ). The ideal customer service I have ever taken care of.

Being in AustraliaI anticipated it would require at least a few to get here, as it`s a Christmas gift I want to ship I purchased much beforehand. Rather, I was amazed by how fast it had been processed, published and shipped/delivered. I received sending upgrades through email the entire way through – using the majority of other websites I usually get one when it has been shipped and another once it has been sent, or need to look up them. The quality is excellent, and I`m impressed with the matte finish about the printing and the paper where it had been published.

Impeccable support. My item was slightly broken, but that I had a typo, not simply altered it also accepted to fix, reprint and resend this sequence which is currently obtained at a mint condition!

Terrible support. Length is fine and feels cheap. They originally told me that I could take out my map to swap to get a revised map however once I recieved the merchandise they told me I can`t take backing myself off without damaging merchandise.

I was very excited to dictate this as a gift for my spouse. I`d anticipated high quality materials depending on the testimonials. I had been ready to invest #65 up until the shipping cost was nominated as #15!! So #80 to a print at complete. When it arrived, I had been anticipating starting it, but that I was only underwhelmed. The newspaper did not look unique and also the print only seemed like it`d come off a house printer and pushed in a framework. Surely nothing is`unique` about those products. It is only a bog standard (or seems it) printing for plenty of cash. I`m still wondering whether to ship back to get a refund since I really begrudge the quantity of money I squandered on something so average. 2 stars for great communication concerning the shipping and rate of shipping.

Wonderful customer support – that is a 50th anniversary present – that I realised I had to alter the wording once I`d confirmed my purchase. They had been so super useful and made sure my item was ideal for the Mum. My Dad passed away last Christmas so that it was the very first time in 50 years with no Dad to their anniversary. I have since recommended this to my mom friends, and also have only bought two for my mother friends who`ve given birth. I wanted something unique as a keepsake in the arrival of my baby and that was fantastic. The choices offered were excellent and the size is ideal. I`d seen a little more expensive but the quality makes this thing stand out and it is definitely well worth it, also it looks good in the nursery.

I bought a 30X30 of the nighttime skies photo with no frame. It came in great time, but there was a small mark on the photograph (since I unravelled the photograph I discovered the markers so am not able to say if it had been there or not). I believed I could only rub of having a sterile soft soft fabric, but that made it more challenging and I ended up needing to cut on down the photo closely with scissors. Fortunately I`ve added a framework along with a backdrop to match the distance and it seems rather fine nonetheless for the purchase price of this image I`d believe the substance would not indicate so readily whether it arrived just like this or if I`d caused the markers. I would advise buying but you need to be cautious if buying with no framework and you will work with your hands to take a peek at it.
