ThermaShield made it simple to request a quote, choose the film we desired and schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and quickly began work. The difference in the light and heat coming through our windows was immediately noticeable. It looks amazing, there are no bubbles or crinkles. The film was only used on the West side of the house. We will continue to use it for the remainder due to the temperature and glare improvement.

They helped us understand the product and its process. They explained all the options and differences. They worked tirelessly to schedule us quickly. They were a pleasure to have in our house.

I love supporting small businesses. This mom-and-pop shop is extremely competent at their job but also goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were flexible and accommodating when I needed to change my schedule several times. They are an extremely pleasant family and were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating and allowed me to leave the house so they could work outside while I was working in the garden. Although their prices were higher than I expected, it was well worth it for their professionalism.

My hair stylists overheated from the large front windows at my Spokane day spa. They will appreciate window tinting and I can see my AC bill dropping significantly. Excellent customer service. They were prompt in answering my questions and returning my calls. They are highly recommended!

Excellent quality work at a very reasonable price. We contacted a referral company to get a call immediately. To reserve our time slot, we paid half upfront and the rest after the work was completed. They are a family-owned business that did exactly what they promised. We are extremely happy with how the tint looks in the home. We are extremely pleased with the Draegers` work and would highly recommend them.
