Although they were extremely helpful, order confirmations may not arrive on time. They are changing service providers and experienced some delays. They were extremely responsive and promptly sent me a copy my confirmations. Also, I had an order mix-up on my part (ordered wrong species…dumb I am sure). They were able to change everything without any problems when I called. Fossil arrived in excellent condition and was well packed. The service was excellent and I am extremely impressed. I will definitely purchase more specimens in future. !
